  1. Self-aware - you have to know
    1. your personality
      1. social vs not social...
    2. your giftedness and skills
      1. administrative leader - management
      2. visionary leader
      3. not a strong leader...
    3. interests
      1. attending certain events...
  2. Necessity
    1. does it have to be me?
    2. does someone have the skill set?
    3. can someone else learn the skills?
  3. You can only survive this way for a time.
    1. spend a majority of your time in your areas of strength
