If you don't  plant, you won't harvest.   We need to build a sense of expectations:   Plan for guests how do make them feel welcome plan for the guests you want have don't make your guests targets Plan for decisions are you asking for those how are you gonna handle those don't put people on the spot Plan for new members how are you going to receive new members New members class? "Expectations are landmines, you can lose a limb if you don't know what they are."
